2018 Week 16 - The Burden is Light
Over the past few weeks, I have been talking to a few of you as well as other women about fulfilling their purpose. A few have shared their story with joy and a sense of expectation and a few others have shared with some trepidation and uncertainty. Each conversation was about the journey toward purpose. The one thing that was common among those who spoke about making choices to place them in the best position to fulfill their purpose was the easiness in which they spoke. They have accepted their mantle and they were committed to seeing it through. The burden was light.
The differences that I heard was based on the perspective of the task. I know at times, I have judged whether I was in the right place based on how easy the task was for me to fulfill. I have new insights about that line of thinking. Tasks will be hard, difficult, I will venture to say darn near impossible, but that does not mean it is not your purpose, your calling, or your destiny. When something is a burden, a longing, a desire it will not leave you. The thing that stays with you when you put it down, it keeps a place in your heart and mind, and even little things remind you of when it was there. The issue or idea that you are thinking of ...that might just be what you are here to accomplish.
Trust that if it is meant for you to do, the burden will be light - even if the task itself is difficult. Women of the Heightening, I need your help, I need your advice, what do you do when the burden is light but the task is difficult. How do you accomplish the difficult task? I look forward to hearing from you. Please post here or in our Facebook group.
