Day 26 - What is For Me is For Me

Jeremiah 29:11 says
For I know the plans I have for Yolanda,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper her and not to harm her, plans to give her hope and a future.

Yes, my relationship with God is personal and so is yours.  What is for you is for you!

Accepting this and knowing this should have a profound impact on your life.  We have repeated this scripture so many times.  But when you place your name in it and use personal pronouns it takes on a different meaning and gives a new perspective. It caused me to pause and think about what I would be doing if I lived this scripture.

Be supportive
Expect God's Promise

Hasten to the cross
Understand God is in Control
Make bolder moves
Be available for His service
Listen for God's direction
Exude confidence

Where God is taking you in 2017, requires humility.  If you are still searching for what to surrender, practice humility for the next two weeks.  He will turn your perspective from worry to hope.

Rev. Tisha shared the story of Elizabeth praising Mary upon her arrival at her home. We have to praise in advance for what God is doing for you and for your sister. Put a praise on what God has promised in advance.
