2017 Day 9 - Pray for your Enemies

When they go low, we go high! Michelle Obama expressed this rally cry.  For many Americans, it helped them deal with the constant attack of the Obamas.  It gave them direction and it also allowed them to explain their response or to some the lack of response to a full out assault.   I suggest that this rally cry is code talk for pray.  Yesterday the codetalkers were recognized for their valuable contributions to World War II. 

Proverbs 24:17-18 states Do not rejoice when your enemy falls, and do not let your heart be glad when he stumbles; lest the Lord see it, and it displeases Him and He turns away His wrath from him. 

To see your enemy fall and to respond to their current situation, you have to take your eyes off of your calling, and more than likely you have to look back.  In the words of Michelle Obama, when our enemy go low (they fall), we go high (we look to the Father and pray).  This code talking will baffle the enemy and you will stay focused on the Lord.  A win win!
